Hello Cantamus Members.

We have had reports of two issues with this page.

1. Members have reported receiving pop up messages indicating that the payment form was’t secure. This is because the their browser was looking at our URL (http://trustmusic.org.uk) and reporting this as not being secure.

The form that was embedded in this page, however, was a secure form.

When you were completing the form, you were actually filling it in on the following URL
https://trustmusic.beaconforms.com/form/a326a9f4

There is an ‘s’ after the http which indicates a secure page.

To help with this issue, please click this button

which will now take you through to the secure form on a separate web page. This should solve the issue.

2. Members report that the form was crashing, or resetting itself before the payment completed. I think this was probably a browser issue, where the form didn’t like something about the browser being used. This issue has occurred in the past on the FireFox browser, but please feedback and issues on any other browsers that are not performing. Usually Chrome or Explorer work fine. Migrating to the secure Beacon site may fix this issue too.
